Are you affiliated with Viking or any other manufacturer?

Should I repair my appliance or replace it?

It depends on the age of the unit, which part failed, and the overall condition. Premium appliances are often worth repairing, but not always. After we diagnose the problem, we will give you an honest view of both options so you can decide.

My refrigerator struggles in summer. Is that normal?

Summers in the Santa Clara Valley are dry, and inland and southern parts of the valley run noticeably hotter than areas near the Bay. A refrigerator or wine cooler in a warm garage or a tight built-in space can work harder in that heat. If it can't hold temperature, a dirty condenser, a weak fan, or a refrigerant issue may be the cause, and we can check.

What should I have ready before the visit?

If you can, note the model and serial number, usually on a tag inside the door, under the cooktop, or behind a kick plate. Also write down any error codes and describe what the appliance is doing. That helps us prepare.
